If you are unfortunate enough to break down or have an accident you will be pleased to know that Roadside Assistance is only a call away from AXA Assistance. You have access to a 24 hour assistance number where one of our trained operators will help you to identify the fault and call one of a network of over 4,000 breakdown service and recovery vehicles in Ireland and the UK to where you have broken down.
We can offer drivers an average response time of 40 minutes and those who feel vulnerable receive priority treatment. We aim to get everyone back on the road as quickly as we can and manage to fix around 80 % of call outs without having to be recovered to a local garage.
